Things you should research
Company History: When it was founded, by whom, and how it has grown?
Mission, vision and values: Does the company have a mission statement? What's the corporate culture?
Size and structure: For example, how many employees or locations?
Goods and services: What are their key products? How do they make their money?
Competitors: Who else operates in their market and how do they compete against them?
Financial Performance: Revenue growth, profitability and share price.
News and press releases: Dropping this into your interview shows you’ve done up-to-date research.
