In simple terms, this means connecting with working people who can help you achieve your career goals. This means, people who can advise you on, for example, work experience opportunities, insight days, the recruitment selection process etc.
Key Success Factors:
Network with current degree apprentices - they possess insider knowledge.
Build a stand-out LinkedIn profile - this is your shop front.
Meet employers face-to-face - insight days, careers fairs etc.
Grow and nurture your connections - and ask them to help you.
Use your social media accounts positively.
