Values: SJTs are designed to assess how well your judgement aligns with the employer’s values. Read the organisation’s mission statement and research their corporate culture in advance. This will help guide your decision-making. When responding to a question, always think about what a professional [junior] employee would do in that scenario.
Artificial Intelligence: You can get AI to create tailored common workplace scenarios. In your AI prompt use the phrase “Situational Judgement Test” and information about the company (include their mission statement and values). AI can also create multiple choice questions and answers. Use these to sharpen your skills.
